What is the NCI?
The NCI (National Citizens Inquiry) is a Canada-wide, citizen-led and citizen-funded initiative to investigate the Canadian & provincial governments COVID-19 policies in a fair and impartial manner that was completely independent from all governments. Through questioning led by lawyers, individual Canadians and experts presented evidence to Independent Commissioners.

Testimony was given under oath to
"provide the truth,
the whole truth and
nothing but the truth".
Testimonies included:
- A paramedic describing a 66% decrease in calls during the pandemic;
- Parents witnessing their young children die suddenly after vaccination;
- University students committing suicide due to isolation and peer pressure;
- Dedicated health professionals no longer having trust or faith in our medical systems;
- Family not allowed to visit elderly patients who died alone in Long Term Care Facilities;
- Paramedics describing the increase in calls of vaccinated young people dying of strokes and heart attacks; and
- People "doing their part" by getting "vaccinated", only to become vaccine injured, then subsequently dismissed by family, friends and employers.
In 2025, the focus of the inquiry expanded further out from Canada's response to COVID-19 to also address the critical question:
Are children safe in Canada?
Testimonies include Lay Witnesses and Expert Witnesses such as Dr. David Martin, John Carpay, Dr. Wanda Holman, Alex Schadenberg, Dr. Heather Herington, Dr. Kelli Palfy, Dr. Jessica Rose, Dr. David Speicher, Dr. Chris Shoemaker, Del Bigtree, Dr. Mark Trozzi, Dr. Magda Havas, Dr. Robert Chandler and Dr. William Makis, testifying about varied topics including:
- MAiD;
- our education system;
- child trafficking;
- gender identity;
- gender affirming "care";
- vaccines; and
- health.

We cannot protect or advance laws and policies without first understanding the everyday realities our children face.
